How many times I have I said the progressive movement is dead? They pretend otherwise, but the truth? Bernie is a nonfactor. The Squad has been exposed. Justice Dems are done. Warnock is trailing Hershel Walker. And just this week in San Francisco, voters in the woke mecca overwhelmingly rejected it’s woke DA Chesa Boudin and Mayor London Breed is seeking to replace him with a ‘tough on crime’ attorney who is “ideologically-aligned” with her on violent crime and drugs.
Oh and Black Girl Magic is dead.
Not surprised by this. At all. London Breed moonwalked away from progressive policies and black girl magic when citizens and businesses began leaving and her city became the poster city for smash and grab. She did a complete 180 and never looked back.
Breed easily made a call most other black women mayors seem to be struggling with, political agenda first or what’s best for the city and citizens she was elected to serve? She made the right call. And so did voters giving progressives a much needed reality check, they don’t get to impose their will on the rest of us.
As California goes, so goes the nation.
