There’s a lot going on. And being exposed. And I know what I’m about to write will sound harsh which is not my intent. Atrocities are being committed out in the open for the world to see and there is great pressure to choose and publicly declare support for one side or another. Regardless of how you feel, that would be the wrong thing to do. And no, this ain’t about being a coward or ‘silence is compliance’. This is “Haven’t you learned anything since Ferguson?”
They are listening. And watching. Always. Anything you post will be used against you. All the shit you cheered when they went after Alex Jones and Donald Trump, they will use against you. Ice Cube found out. RFK Jr just found out. Cornel West just found out. Bernie found out twice. Eric Adams just fucked around and found out.
#Twitterfiles exposed how government strong arms social media and lean on them to do what the Constitution forbids the government to do. And how Twitter was staffed by ex DOJ/CIA/FBI/White House officials. Only a fool would think this was limited to Twitter. And is why I’ve been ringing the alarm about building our own for the past 2 decades.
This is bigger than clicks and likes. This about not letting them know what you know.
And more important, not giving them ammo to use against you…
