I know this is late, but my advice for the new year? Clean your circle. On and offline. Purge your friends list and followers. Get rid of the pessimists, cynics, naysayers, fence straddlers, frenemies and devil’s advocates. Get rid of anyone that doesn’t share your vision and replace them with people who do. People who do and that are willing to put their money, resources and/or talent where their mouth is, are far and few between. When you find them, hold on to them, put in the work. And build.
Pessimists, cynics, naysayers, fence straddlers, frenemies and devil’s advocates don’t build. They’re like termites, they eat away.
