The House Oversight committee referred him along with his Joe Biden’s brother James Biden for criminal prosecution for perjury. AG Merrick Garland is one vote away from being charged with Contempt of Congress for defying a Congressional subpoena for the audio of Joe Biden’s deposition with Special Prosecutor Hur. The court reversed his Executive Order on Title IX giving identity the same protections as race and gender. He’s tanking in the polls, his worst poll numbers yet. Worse than Carter.
Lawfare against Trump is backfiring. And he’s losing to Trump in every poll, on every issue and with almost every group. And he’s taking the party down with him.
