Poorly run schools, some to the point of accreditation, factor in the school to prison pipeline, yet you never hear any discussion about education reform. Only criminal justice reform, prison/jail reform. Now crack pipes? Talk about the politics of l̶o̶w̶ no expectations. This is offensive. We are not all criminals, locked up or on crack.
