Wow, not even 24 hours after my post saying protesters were gonna fafo, Eric Adams had stormtroopers raid Columbia University and House Speaker Mike Johnson declared the latest war on free speech under the guise of fighting antisemitism, no diff than the war on mis/disinformation on covid, the jab and the 2020 election. #Twitterfiles
And not being politically correct when talking about race, gender or identity, all protected speech. Even hate speech is protected speech. Now being free to say it, doesn’t mean free from consequence and everybody knows that, which is why all these keyboard gangsters talk big shit online and not in person.
Violence/property damage is not free speech despite the left allowing it without consequence for the past decade when it served their interests. Ask Josh Williams who’s still serving time for acts during Ferguson.
Don’t be fooled. PoLIEtiians don’t give af about your feelings or protecting anybody. This is about stifling dissent, another ingredient to put in the kill free speech pot and dead our ability to communicate, mobile, organize or push back.
The war on TikTok, the war on Uhuru and yaaaasssss the war on Trump are all attacks on free speech. Imagine if they put all the energy they put into policies that improve the lives of citizens. On shithole blue cities. On bringing jobs back. Transforming failing schools into world class schools. On stopping the invasion at the southern border and deporting illegals. On keeping us competitive. And safe.
None of that is being discussed. Instead more triggers. They trigger black and white people with racism. Women with patriarchy. The lgbtq community with homophobia/transphobia. And now Jews with antisemitism. And the solution to it all is coincidentally the same as silencing dissent, exposing and any critique of them.
