☕Morning fam, Black Merica is on borrowed time. And continuing to follow those that led us to here while ignoring the long term consequences of failed policies imposed on our community and how they are using noncitizens to replace us is hastening our decline. Another 2 years of this the damage will be irreversible for generations. The sad reality is by doing nothing to alter this course we are sealing our fate.

If Trump wins again without the majority black vote, it will mark the 2nd time he will have proven he can win without us, regardless of what percentage he gets. If Kamala wins the black vote will be diminished the minute illegals are granted amnesty. The part that gets me? Not Dems rigging their primaries, disenfranchising their own voters and fortifying US elections. To ‘save’ democracy. But that their voters allow it.

  ☕ Morning fam, Gotta talk about the NPIC, NGOs and nonprofits… professional actorvists and paid protesters. And the grift, billions being spend to fix the problem only to have every issue they tackle get worse. Very little of it invested in the real grassroots, which ironically gets better results… yet no investment in them or doing what they prove works. In fact it is the opposite, a doubling/tripling down on what doesn’t work. Sometimes to justify their existence and budgets. And other times impose their funder’s agenda. But never to make things better.

  ☕Morning fam, St. Louis is having yet another march. I lost count of how many marches, vigils and rallies we’ve had for victims this past year, let alone since Ferguson or the last mass shooting. St. Louis still hasn’t figured out it can’t march itself out of the issues plaguing the region. Money is being allocated to fund everything except the mental heal and well being of those dealing with the consequences of decades of systemic failure. A march is easy. It gives elected leaders a platform to pretend to care. It gives orgs opportunities to apply for more grants with zero metrics or accountability. It gives actorvists another opportunity to brand themselves or come up off the trauma of others. It doesn’t address the root causes or the trauma victims are experiencing or the community. It didn’t after the last mass shooting. It didn’t during Ferguson. And sadly it won’t prevent the next tragedy, in fact it almost guarantees it. It’s only a matter of time.
