☕Morning fam,
A lot of us are weary, tired and just don’t see a way. I understand, but that doesn’t change the fact that we must press on. Giving up is not an option. Giving up means we are no long in the fight, t which time we lose. And fam, no matter how bad things get, understand, things can get worse. Things will if we continue following the wrong people, doing the wrong things or doing nothing at all.
We spent the last 50+ years being led astray by white liberals imposing their will and cowards posing as black leadership that do their bidding. Are surprised none of it worked. While doubling down on more of the same. Preferring that over building our own.
Anyone that engages in this is not for black people. Change for us starts with accepting hard truths, leaving these political, entertainment and digital plantations. And building our own (not to be confused with black capitalism or black versions of whiteness), the one thing we haven’t tried. And just because you may not see a way, doesn’t change the fact that building and being less dependent on government are the only solutions.
