I got off yesterday because I already knew how this would play out. Once again, we had another fair and honest election where we saw Dems losing every major demographic going into the polls, yet over performing despite their base being demoralized and Republicans under performing despite polls showing a shift of groups normally leaning blue leaning red.
We really don’t have a way to accurately gauge the results or provide an accurate analysis, there is no exit polling for mail in ballots, so all we have to go on is numbers of mail in ballots, not actual people in lines. As expected, there is talk of election shenanigans. And once again, to DHS that is working with the government to fight ‘misinformation/disinformation’ and the social media gods, I must reiterate, midterms were fair and honest and all talk otherwise is anti-American and undemocratic. How anyone could question such fair and honest elections is beyond me.
What happened yesterday isn’t as important as what happens today and moving forward. There will be challenges, as allowed by law. Some will find Dems once again overperforming hard to believe, but hey, one person in California won the record setting $2.04 billion Powerball jackpot, proving anything is possible.
