And women are more concerned with leaders helping them get through all this than engaging in a culture war nobody ran on and nobody asked for. None of that matters when you wake up and your city is under water.

  ☕ Morning fam, Given what we know now it would be foolish to think the bribery and corruption exposed by the feds is limited to Reed, Boyd or Muhammad or that Almuttan is the only businessman that had city and county leaders on the payroll. Or to think that Tony Weaver is the only Democrat or political appointee in north county that was scamming. Or to think that the level of corruption exposed went unnoticed by the mayor, County Exec and others in City Hall and the County Council. Or to think the same type of corruption didn’t happen when multimillion dollar deals were on the table. Or that it didn’t spread to the prosecutor’s office or beyond. Everything and everybody is suspect. And leaders continue to move like none of this is happening, business as usual further angering the community in the process.
