The Georgia Supreme Court removed a county probate judge who was recently arrested for allegedly shoving a cop in a profanity-laden scuffle outside an Atlanta nightclub. Douglas County Probate Judge Christina Peterson was removed from office and banned from holding any judicial post in the state for seven years after Georgia’s highest court issued its opinion of disbarment on Tuesday.
