? Morning fam, According to STLPR St. Louis is boycotting Anheuser Busch in response to AB ending it’s 30 year sponsorship of Pride week. No reason was given, the end of it’s sponsorship is a huge hit and marks the end of an era. And instead of thanking AB for 3 decades of support, the Pride community is lashing out and giving potential replacements a taste of what is to come should they ever rescind support. In addition to this being a pr nightmare, a boycott by a handful of business will backfire and impact their bottomline. AB the hometown brewery and a boycott would impact a huge percentage of their beer sales. Perhaps a better solution would be scaling down the event and those businesses stepping up to fill the void while pursuing additional sponsors. We’re living in...
