“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out for himself, without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable, and so, if he is romantic, he tries to change it. And even if he is not romantic personally he is very apt to spread discontent among those who are.” H.L. Mencken

“We’ve been conditioned to think that only politicians can solve our problems but at some point maybe we will wake up and recognize that it was politicians who created our problems.” Dr. Ben Carson

Those parents who paid $500,000.00 for their children to be admitted into college scored high on tests as well because they were handed UNEARNED access, opportunities, positions, titles, grades, stats, GPA, and a financial head start.

Last I checked, didn’t the students who were the most merited, technologically savvy geniuses,, highly scholastic, extremely innovative, innately inventive, athletically dominant, culturally aware, historically aware, moral, highly disciplined, respectful and considerate come from the rough parts of town where the resources were outdated, schools run down, and educators highly educated, experienced, exceptional, empowered and BLACK?

ALPHA SCHOOLS?

“The more machines we have, the less children have to really think, the less they have to use their innate abilities, their curiosity, their brains.” Marva Collins

“There is a lot of money to be made from miseducation, from the easy to read easy to learn textbooks, workbooks, teacher manuals, educational games and visual aids. The textbook business is more than a billion-dollar-a-year industry and some of its biggest profits come from ‘audio-visual aids’ – flash cards, tape cassettes, and filmstrips. No wonder the education industry encourages schools to focus on surface education.”
Marva Collins

They defund, reject, exclude, flat out LIE and say what they don’t have or can’t do when it comes to us inner city dwellers.

Phylicia Rashad commented and asked, “We are told there is not enough money for education, but somehow there is enough money for people to raise billions of dollars to defeat somebody in an election? Oh! Okay! Does that make sense?”

Coretta Scott King said, “Our Congress passes laws which subsidize corporation farms, oil companies, airlines, and houses for suburbia. But when they turn their attention to the poor, they suddenly become concerned about balancing the budget and cut back on the funds for Head Start, Medicare, and mental health appropriations.”

STOP lying and playing in our face as we TAX PAYERS fund our own education malpractice, curriculum discrimination, these LEGISLATIVELY INFUSED lies, exploitations and benign neglect must end.

I end with the words of Walter E. Williams, “Politicians exploit economic illiteracy.”

“The quality of education given to the lower class must be of the poorest sort, so that the moat of ignorance isolating the inferior class from the superior class is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior class. With such an initial handicap, even bright lower class individuals have little if any hope of extricating themselves from their assigned lot in life. This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some measure of social order, peace, and tranquility for the ruling upper class.” Milton William Cooper
