Reneilwe Morema highlights how the justice system of South Africa is motivated by politics, so much so that the judges are no longer fair and just but Emotional and unstable.
We all know that this Afriforum judge was acting on behalf of AfriForum and American proxies, that is why this whole case and it’s judgemnt is nothing but a circus to stroke the Boers’ ego!
They want to show us that 32 years into democracy, they still own South Africa and we are just featured extras in our own homeland.
In this video, I unpack the controversy surrounding Julius Malema’s 5-year sentence, the outcome feels less like justice and more like a politically charged decision. From selective prosecution to concerns about external influence, this case has sparked serious debate across the country.
🚩🚩Why is it that Malema faces jail time for firing a gun into the air—with no fatalities—when many similar cases involving Boers have not resulted in imprisonment?
Even more troubling is the role of the white bodyguard who provided the firearm. He was acquitted… and had the gun returned to him. So how does one walk free—and keep the weapon—while the other is sentenced?
Adding another layer to this case, Malema is now taking legal action against the prosecutor for returning the firearm without a court order—an act that violated the Criminal Procedure Act and an overreach of his authority. The prosecutor acted unlawfully when he authorized the return of the firearm to the white bodyguard without a court order!!
This video doesn’t just focus on one case. It challenges the broader system.
Are South Africa’s courts still operating with fairness and consistency?
Or are political pressures shaping outcomes behind the scenes?
Watch, reflect, and decide for yourself.
