The Meritorious Manumission Acts of 2023 can be looked at as individuals who institute themselves as communal overseers by enabling the life or livelihood of white politicians or an appointed officials.
They create self serving missions that their elevated white figures can politically benefit from by building their platforms through gatekeeping the Black community with useless pacification and propaganda.
These meritorious acts help subdue the masses from uprising against the white supremacists who facilitate the communal overseers movements.
