On Instagram Live, Fat Joe addressed the matter and went on to say, “Lately, they’ve been talking about, ‘Latinos wasn’t in rap.’ These guys are f**king delusional.” Joe then spoke about his time coming up in the Bronx, saying, “When hip-hop started, it’s Latinos and blacks– half and half.
