Fulton County Superior Court Judge, Scott McAfee, presiding over the Fani Willis disqualification motion, has DENIED Fani’s request to have the motion dismissed! Ashleigh Merchant, attorney for Michael Roman, requested the motion and has since worked with other witnesses, including the estranged wife of Nathan Wade, JOYCELYN WADE, to provide material evidence, justifying the allegation. Roman is one of 19 defendants charged by District Attorney Fani Willis, in the election interference and racketeering case, alongside former president Donald Trump.
