The top two contesters for Kenya’s August 9 elections, Deputy President William Ruto, and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, took their last swing at courting voters on Saturday during which the two assured Kenyans that upon assuming presidency they would tackle ballooning debt and curb corruption.
