As an educator of BLACK children, I must see what we don’t see.
I must point out what we aren’t willing as of yet.
Copied post.
Here is testimony from an Australian nurse:
I’m really worried. I’ve started implementing the new protocols in force. One of my new tasks is taking and recording each person’s temperature. I aim for the center of their forehead with my thermometer shaped gun, I pull the trigger, wait for the beep and record the temperature. I always apologize to the person before proceeding!
After doing this a dozen or more times, I suddenly got a realization:
Are we being desensitized to be targeted at the head? So I started taking the temperature on the wrist, which turned out to be more accurate given that it’s winter (southern hemisphere) and the forehead is colder and the results differ by more than one degree.
Later that same day I went to a shopping mall. People were lining up to get their temperature taken by an employee who obviously was not a medic and was not properly educated on how to correctly perform this procedure. Many were shocked when I grabbed the gun that was being directed at forehead and re-directed it to my wrist.
I spoke softly but firmly and told the employee that an infrared thermometer must never be pointed at someone’s forehead, especially babies and young children and that in addition it requires basic knowledge of how to properly read someone’s temperature, i.e. temperature range: normal (36.2-37.2), below normal (34-35) and fever (38 and above). Placing a thermometer on the wrist or elbow fold is much more accurate and way less harmful.
It was very disturbing to observe children getting used to seeing an object in the shape of a gun aiming at their forehead and without any negative reaction from the adults as if this was normal and acceptable.
As an energy therapist, I refuse to directly target my pineal gland with an infrared ray but most people agree to go through this several times a day! Our pineal gland must be protected as it is crucial for our future survival in this world.
Let’s pray to end this madness!
Ask yourself: Is it ever wise to aim at the pineal gland with an infrared laser ray?
Dear Mr. Kyrie Irving,
I wanted to send you an open letter after I saw you made a sizeable donation to the family of Shanquella Robinson.
All I could think of was R & R.
“A child cannot be taught by anyone who despises him, and a child cannot afford to be fooled.” James Baldwin.
Nope, not rest and relaxation. I am focusing on Recruitment and Retention.
African Americans are not a monolith, we are one while simultaneously being a plethora.
TEACHERS, The most common ethnicity among teachers in America are as we all know, White. These White teachers don’t enter the profession for the same reason as we Black teachers do and have always done. You see, we are used to working with little and creating magic, scholars and astute citizens. We are BLACK in America first and parents next.
These White teachers are mandated reporters. They are producing what we are seeing from our children. They are the reason our children are acting, sounding, and producing what’s unfamiliar to our culture.
They choose not to care about our children and what America legislate them because they never seem to call out the root cause of the legislated immoral, unjust and racist policies, laws, codes, practices, procedures and mandates placed upon our inner city children and their families.
So they are the gatekeepers for white inferiority.
When THEY SAY something, when THEY SEE something, when THEY HEAR something and when THEY FEEL something that isn’t good, right, just or becoming to them and what they are used to, what they never have to face, fret or flinch about; they have the power to connect with and interconnect with LAW ENFORCEMENT, APA, BANKS, COURTS, LAWYERS, BIG PHARMA AND HEALTHCARE and this is how the papertrail into the criminal justice system begins and money circulates among White professional hands at the expense and ignorance of Black bodies because of legislated: poverty, education malpractice, curriculum discrimination and intentional ignorance.
We Black teachers see, hear, feel and understand this completely and stand against it whole heartedly.
We Black teachers along with our students are treated in the most immoral, unjust, disrespectful and neglectful way while simultaneously being needed, coveted, wanted, expected and heavily relied upon to keep order and control in the building and our children in line.
I guess we are your “in the closet” wardens. We who are revolutionary show up ONLY for the children, especially the BLACK children.
Yes, they actually need, rely upon, profit from and benefit off of Black ignorance, detachment, blood, sweat, intellectual property, brilliance, creativity, tears, oppressions, lack, ignorance, fatigue, hurt, harm, danger, illiteracy and even death and White folks are paid to assure those once clearly visible and boldly printed WHITES ONLY signs are reemerged, re-resurrected, and represented because of these anti literacy laws inside of our schools.
How do we BLACK teachers supposed to stand before a brilliant, ripe, intentional and purposefully driven group of dynamic Black children and not be able to teach them their authentic history?
How do we BLACK teachers supposed to stand before a gifted, talented, ingenious and excellent driven group of dynamic Black children and have to withhold their ancestors major contributions so they can know what’s in their DNA so we can thwart that school to prison pipeline and produce what we have always produced: scholastically inclined assets, and responsible and patriotic men and women?
How do we BLACK teachers supposed to stand before a group of awesome young BLACK children and not equip them for what is awaiting them in this real world?
How do we BLACK teachers supposed to stand before some of the most giving, kind, resilient and compassionate group and not rally around them for their and our good?
How do we BLACK teachers supposed to know the same America we are processing we should ready them honestly to deal with?
How do we BLACK teachers supposed to stand before our future who need self determination, self esteem boosting, self awareness, self images, self motivation and self drive and understand we are not supposed to bring any of it out?
How do we BLACK teachers supposed to stand before our future who need their social, emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual protected and we are made to feel that we can’t build sincere relationships, touch, heal, care and do the very things that has always sustained our culture?
We are one but yet multi and poli synonymously.
We go into this profession just as anyone who is affluent; because it is innate. We don’t need to be “lured” into education, “psyched” into education, “recruited” into education, “bribed” into education and other schemes you are creating and presenting.
We have always gone into whatever position to better our culture, empower our culture, elevate our culture, expose our culture and yes even educate our culture.
Malcolm X said, “Only a fool would allow the enemy to teach their children.” In America the majority of the educators today are by design; white.
They have stripped, stolen and robbed our children of their innate skills, gifts, talents, denied their brilliance, creativity, forbade them from be individually passionate and compassionate, they are unable to confront or question.
They are feared, they are treated as and seen as thugs or criminals.
This is why they are treated as and seen as worthy to have “law” enforcement poured into these schools. Lean in for me, we BLACK WOMEN did not and do not birth criminals.
How do you make sense of SRO seen greater than needed and expected clinicians to assist with the legislated PTSD and TRAUMA our BLACK children and their families are literally legislated while sending them back into crime ridden communities, drug infested communities that is the root cause of the PTSD, TRAUMA and CRIME due to legislated no and low resources that build up a people?
As an educator, I know it is foreign but we don’t get to “just drop” issues that plague us and our babies at the door, we bring them in with us, we teach honestly to them, we redirect their minds, we have greater visions for our future, we build them up, we have high standards and expectations, we make nonnegotiable demands from our students and we lastly have a no excuse policy.
We are the same Black men and women who living in this racist county so we have always had to master maneuvering in America.
It has never been about a degree, certification, license and other “manufactured” burdens upon us to enter the classroom. Don’t believe me? Do research Dr. Marva Collins.
Teacher shortage
Teacher fatigue
Teacher disrespected
Teacher disregarded
Teacher overlooked
Teacher underpaid
Our inner city communities aren’t new to lack, poverty, hunger or homelessness. What is new is the paradigm shift of educators from BLACK to white.
Our BLACK teachers aren’t afraid of BLACK children, we birth them. Our BLACK teachers aren’t afraid of solid relationships, that’s what sustained us until Whites came and infiltrated our community and began to strip our culture from us starting with telling our children a bunch of nonsense that goes against us. Our BLACK teachers aren’t afraid to try new things because we understand how to read each and every student like we do our own children we birth.
What people conveniently forget is that we are BLACK in America first before we are professionals.
We have to show up differently, speak differently, perform differently and sling magic differently and we have always had to do these things.
These WHITE teachers in our spaces are seemingly hired to harshly criminalize the very poverty, lack, maltreatment, malpractice and oppression America legislate and they need to get out of our inner city schools.
Allow me to close with these 10 powerful quotes:
“No one is going to give you the education you need to overthrow them. Nobody is going to teach you your true history, teach you your true heroes, if they know that that knowledge will help set you free.” ― Assata Shakur
With confidence, you have won before you have started.” Marcus Garvey
If we as a people realized the greatness from which we came we would be less likely to disrespect ourselves.” Marcus Garvey
“Most important, Black males must help one another to understand that they are being led by the dynamic of white supremacy to inflict extreme damage upon themselves, one another and ultimately the Black race. Black males must understand that, contrary to what is said, the war being conducted in urban centers is not against drugs but against Black males- for the purpose of white genetic survival.” Frances Cress Welsing, The Isis Papers: The Keys to the Colors
1. Stop name-calling one another.
2. Stop cursing at one another.
3. Stop squabbling with one another.
4. Stop gossiping about one another.
5. Stop snitching on one another.
6. Stop being discourteous and disrespectful toward one another.
7. Stop robbing one another.
8. Stop stealing from one another.
9. Stop fighting one another.
10. Stop killing one another.
11. Stop using and selling drugs to one another.
12. Stop throwing trash and dirt on the streets and in places where Black people live, work and learn.
pg. 250, “Black Children” Frances Cress Welsing, The Isis Papers: The Keys to the Colors
“They didn’t steal slaves. They stole scientists, doctors, architects, teachers, entrepreneurs, astronomers, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, etc. and MADE THEM SLAVES.” Sincerely, your ancestors
“You can’t be what you can’t see.” Marian Wright Edelman, Founder and President of the Children’s Defense Fund
“There are a lot of “Karen” teachers out here who call the school resource officer and principal on students of color with the same intent as they do on the street. Major reason that black children are suspended at a higher rate than white but ya’ll not ready for that conversation.” Roosevelt Mitchell
“It is not really a “Negro revolution” that is upsetting the country. What is upsetting the country is a sense of its own identity. If, for example, one managed to change the curriculum in all the schools so that Negroes learned more about themselves and their real contributions to this culture, you would be liberating not only Negroes, you’d be liberating white people who know nothing about their own history. And the reason is that if you are compelled to lie about one aspect of anybody’s history, you must lie about it all. If you have to lie about my real role here, if you have to pretend that I hoed all that cotton just because I loved you, then you have done something to yourself. You are mad.” James Baldwin Talk to Teachers
“Now if I were a teacher in this school, or any Negro school, and I was dealing with Negro children, who were in my care only a few hours of every day and would then return to their homes and to the streets, children who have an apprehension of their future which with every hour grows grimmer and darker, I would try to teach them – I would try to make them know – that those streets, those houses, those dangers, those agonies by which they are surrounded, are criminal. I would try to make each child know that these things are the result of a criminal conspiracy to destroy him. I would teach him that if he intends to get to be a man, he must at once decide that his is stronger than this conspiracy and they he must never make his peace with it. And that one of his weapons for refusing to make his peace with it and for destroying it depends on what he decides he is worth. I would teach him that there are currently very few standards in this country which are worth a man’s respect. That it is up to him to change these standards for the sake of the life and the health of the country. I would suggest to him that the popular culture – as represented, for example, on television and in comic books and in movies – is based on fantasies created by very ill people, and he must be aware that these are fantasiesthat have nothing to do with reality. I would teach him that the press he reads is not as free as it says it is – and that he can do something about that, too. I would try to make him know that just as American history is longer, larger, more various, more beautiful and more terrible than anything anyone has ever said about it, so is the world larger, more daring, more beautiful and more terrible, but principally larger – and that it belongs to him. I would teach him that he doesn’t have to be bound by the expediencies of any given administration, any given policy, any given morality; that he has the right and the necessity toexamine everything. I would try to show him that one has not learned anything about Castro when one says, “He is a Communist.” This is a way of his learning something about Castro, something about Cuba, something, in time, about the world. I would suggest to him that his is living, at the moment, in an enormous province. America is not the world and if America is going to become a nation, she must find a way – and this child must help her to find a way to use the tremendous potential and tremendous energy which this child represents. If this country does not find a way to use that energy, it will be destroyed by that energy.” James Baldwin
There was a teacher shortage when they were in our schools, why? They never came to educate, they came to babysit. They never came to pull our Black babies out of poverty, they came to be controlling and colonizing. They never came to demand excellence, greatness and accountability, they came to deny, omit, exclude, reject and demonize. They never came because we were favorable, they came to instill fear and get what they could. These White colonizers went from the field to the classroom. They came because they saw an opportunity to make ripe, brilliant, exceptional, gifted, talented and highly skilled Black children the opposite.
I daily see these WHITE teachers eager to hotline inner city parents to start the eroding of the Black family but refuse to address CONgress who legislate education theft, curriculum discrimination and education malpractice, poverty, lack and other things that negatively affect the learning process.
Daily I consciously empower, elevate, pour their true history inside of my babies. I understand that they feel that they are FREE, but I have to see the wickedness and viciousness of this racist system that is ready to devour our future. I have been a devoted substitute in our inner cities for the past 14 years.
I have been an individual care assistant for the past year. To save my principal, I decided to go to a satellite room so that they can have bodies in the building. It is frustrating because they need us substitutes, individual care assistants and paras and use us as full time teachers but we don’t qualify for perks, bonuses or raises? Yet, we know we are there for the children first because they are an extension of us.
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when we are in 2022 and this sorry place STILL dictate who gets access to a high quality or progressive education?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when money dictates what you can and can’t do or where you can and can’t go?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER been honest in its verbiage, jargon or promissory creeds nor actions?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER been honest since its inception?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER been honest about descendants of slaves contributions, STILL?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER owned how it uses policies, legislations, rules, codes, mandates and regulations to keep us oppressed by defunding, denying, omitting and rejecting our truth?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America took RIPE African American teachers from the classrooms and replaced them with incompetent, inept, and ineffective Caucasian teachers?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER owned the fact that had it not been for the blood, sweat, tears and free labor of BLACKS it would not be what it is today?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America remains silent on the academics of inner city students but stay on the megaphones when their attendance are not up to standard?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America deny us everything that comes natural and criminalize our children in these inner city schools under the guise of rules in these prison preps called schools?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America literally legislate crime and violence and then schools are supposed to criminalize the codes, hunger and homelessness that’s attached to our babies?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER atoned for the malpractice and maltreatment of Black Americans zoned into impoverished areas since the 1600’s?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER apologized for the false narratives or blatant allegations and lies of AFRICAN AMERICANS for the past 400 plus years?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER had INTEGRIGITY beit it morally, academically, legally, psychologically, professionally and all other Lee’s because there would be no need to continue to uphold the 2nd Amendment, poverty, oppression and all things that deny us African Americans access, inclusion, opportunities and a way up and out of this man made crap?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America America but yet have ALWAYS needed, relied upon and coveted our magic, brilliance, skills, creativity, influence, talents and intellectual property but CHOSE TO NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE US?
What is ACADEMIC INTEGRITY when America has NEVER addressed these interconnecting systems in place to lock us out and we have mandated reporters to prey upon the poor people and people who were legislated education malpractice and curriculum discrimination while it being unjust, immoral and unequal?
We in the inner cities are used to this PANDEMIC style of learning and still produced scholars.
Each and EVERY system benefit White people in the most economical way possible.
So they don’t REALLY want us housed
So they don’t REALLY want us emotionally sound
So they don’t REALLY want us physically healthy
So they don’t REALLY want us educated
So they don’t REALLY want us gainfully employed
So they don’t REALLY want us to have livable wages
So they don’t REALLY want us to have life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness
Yes there is RITEOUS anger because of the attention whites get and the criminalizing and dehumanizing of us marching for OUR LIVES since the boat.
Allow me to share these words I penned and maybe you can get the depth.
These fields are HIGHLY populated with Whites who are paid to prey upon our Black lives and we MUST address it ALL.
MANDATORY REPORTING is a chapter I’m writing about……
SOCIAL WORKERS who are predominantly White in America who are paid to sign away our children and pry them away from their families due to what America legislate and make legal of which is illegal, unjust and inhumane.
AMERICA DEBT SYSTEM they prey upon black, ignorant and trusting people. They legislate curriculum discrimination so we can’t intellectually understand how this DEBT work, they withhold and control the jargon because financial illiteracy is needed to maintain the working poor.
STUDENT LOAN DEBT is in place to give us false hope. We were never told just because you obtained a degree that it does not automatically make you employable or make you qualified for livable wages. I get that I am overqualified all of the time of which pushes me and keeps me in poverty. We leave in debt because WE CHOSE to escape poverty and reach for the American dream but yet, families are STILL impoverished so therefore in ignorance, they are given a large amount of money at one time and they help home.
SCHOOL TO PRISON PIPELINE which NOW CRIMINALIZE HOME FOR NOT DISCIPLINING AND SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR DISCIPLINING our children of color of which goes after STUDENTS OF COLOR which are from the desks of predominantly White teachers now in our educational institutions throughout America.
LAW ENFORCEMENT which has ALWAYS been deployed to harass, kill, mame, frame, hurt and treat POC as subservient, slaves and criminal and carry the narratives .
MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS which criminalize those in need of medical assistance of which are LEGISLATED the very malpractices, maltreatment, and dysfunction under the LAWS OF THIS LAND of which is the root cause of the preexisting conditions that we are provided before our due date.
INSURANCE AGENCIES which understand that WE ARE SURVIVORS, DARING, THRIVING, RESILIENT AND A BOLD PEOPLE we do a GREAT deal of things unlawfully because the laws are unlawfully and unjustly written AGAINST US and through insurance they CRIMINALIZE the very people they deny reputable employment, zone to reside in areas where preexisting conditions is unavoidable.
AND ALL OTHER CLINICIANS AND PROFESSIONALS who deal with mass amounts of people on a daily basis, THEY HAVE ALL BEEN COINED MANDATED REPORTERS to legally since the beginning of time, EXECUTE POC DEMISE.
Why will those in need not take assistance?
Why will the homeless not come in from the brutal and chilling cold?
Why won’t those Iill come to get treated?
Why those who “know they have done wrong” get the proper licensure?
Why won’t those who are starving take money or a meal?
Why are those in need so PRIDEFUL?
If you can assist, you can eradicate the need.
Those in NEED are NO fools.
If the assistance was genuinely offered then the NEED would have long been eradicated and this is directed only towards those corporations that benefit GREATLY off of said needs.
We have FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS that stand proudly upon their STATEMENTS: mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategies, values but totally disregard a certain population in our country like we are invisible.
The issue is those who NEVER have to FACE IT or have those sorry ass lame stories about how hard they had it but is NOW in the 6 figure range, THOSE ARE THE DANGEROUS PEOPLE.
Those are the ones in positions to be MANDATED REPORTERS.
Like those who are MANDATED reporters REALLY give a duck about our lives.
They honestly don’t well they do but they don’t understand that they are being used as pawns in this unjust and wicked system that is disguised as FOLLOWING THE LAWS.
In the days of old, BLACKS AND THE POOR were OPENLY lynched for talking back, being homeless, being defiant, being disrespectful, asserting their autonomy, looking suspicious, having their own minds trying to read and wrote, wanting justice, looking and acting equal, loitering, understanding and challenging an immoral, degrading, inhumane and unjust system that has always worked against US.
Today, instead of a noose, THEY HAVE A CROSS OR SHINY EXPENSIVE PEN that tightens UP, reins IN, pulls BACK, threatens, instills fear, subjugate and bring under submission the very evil, ills, and wrongs that’s LEGISLATED through policies, laws and IT IS THOSE MANDATED REPORTERS OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB who are the very DESCENDENTS of those who CELEBRATED AND SPEARHEADED those VERY PUBLIC AND OPEN NOOSE GATHERINGS.
In response to your post on teachers leaving……
We inner city schools have the most inept, ineffective, priviledged and incompetent people in front of our BLACK babies.
What they are facing was before us Pre Teach For America, School To Prison Pipeline and this Pandemic and Black educators produced scholars, assets to society , driven and confident young people and reputable and honorable citizens.
These educators today are the children of parents who did major overreach within our BLACK homes and stripped us of our disciplining rights.
We had control of our children. We taught our children to respect, honor, outperform and kept high demands and standards and laws, rules and codes stripped it just like they did Simone Biles.
America created a system to legally and legislatively kill, steal and destroy our culture by putting those who see us and saw our children as a threat in front of them daily.
TEACHER SHORTAGE,White teachers are vamping our schools because they were NEVER in it for the BLACK babies, a vision of unity and progress,, unconditional love, compassion, sincerity, heart, calling or ministry.
White teachers were NEVER in it because they wanted to educate, empower and expose the truth about this country to our BLACK BABIES of which we live.
White teachers were hired to perpetuate the ANTI LITERACY LAWS AND WHITES ONLY LAWS.
White teachers were hired to make a middle class salary off of the backs, necks, shoulders, blood, sweat and tears of the working poor while harshly criminalizing and rejecting our BLACK babies.
White teachers infiltrated our schools to get what they could from our BLACK community, children and families as usual, PERIOD.
White teachers come in and give 2 to 5 years of “PUBLIC SERVICE” and now they are experts on urbanism, urban children and da hood, education scholars, trusted authors and solid consultants and CLEARLY after the #collegescandal, legacy admissions and other handpicked titles and accomplishments, the fruit of this generation is proof that they are FAKE.
White teachers are said to be HIGHLY CERTIFIED degree holders but CAN’T handle or control kindergartners? #OK
White teachers had all kinds of perks set up for them that THEY benefitted from greatly; the one that got me was their MENTAL HEALTH DAYS that they used anytime and all of the time but it was NOT allowed for the BLACK TEACHERS.
BLACK TEACHERS are leaving because of what these white teachers have created in our BLACK babies. BLACK TEACHERS don’t allow rudeness, tardiness, combativeness, laziness, insolence and disruption too well. BLACK TEACHERS classes are ran by them, PERIOD and not a student. They fail to forget (not really) that BLACK TEACHERS are also in this racist place and are parents as well and we HAVE to expect differently, teach differently and demand differently in order to preserve us and save our BLACK babies.
We have been taught that EDUCATION THEFT is when you are poor and Black attempting to get a safer, progressive and “fake” higher quality education for your poor Black children by using an affluent family or friend member address.
What do we inner city parents call it when White teachers are legislatively allowed and specifically placed in our schools and are legally able to infiltrate our inner city schools and NOT produce scholars, engaging, critically thinking brilliant Black students that our Black educators once did and do?
Remember, BLACK CHILDREN’S BLACK TEACHERS always had to:
Move differentlySpeak differentlyAct differentlyEnergize differentlyPresent differentlyShow up differentlyProtect differentlyEncourage differentlyEmpower differentlyExpose differently
To act like we are equal, this world is just and we are seen as human, is acting like America is fair and united and all rules apply to all of us equally.
I find it simply amazing how we have moved to this era of: willful ignorance, entitled to be less than, presenting ourselves in the most unprofessional manner, lacking in knowledge of our greatness by choice and detachment of what is within.
We need a come to gather moment where we emphasize learning, unlearning and relearning if we are going to save our culture and people.

IT WAS ONLY WHEN WE START THINKING LIKE, ACTING LIKE, AND BEING LIKE THE ENEMY, WE SEE WHAT WE ARE SEEING TODAY.
THE CLOSER WE GOT TO WHITENESS THE MORE WE ERODED, WASTED AWAY, DETERIORATED, DISMANTLED, CUT, RESISTED, REJECTED AND DISLIKED OUR OWN.
CAN WE GET IT BACK? OF COURSE AS LONG AS IT IS INETIONAL.
Allow me to conclude with what this is all about and it starts with EDUCATION THEFT……
I would like to address the heartless, immoral, unjust, warden like teachers that are coming into our poor inner city schools, failing, neglecting, stripping and stealing the intellectual property of our BLACK children.
Education theft is when the poor seek out addresses of affluent family members or friends so that their children can have a chance to get a “perceived” high quality and progressive education because as we know, education is the passport to a brighter future in these parts ALL kinds of access, opportunities, exposures, resources and choices are endless. Yet, once found out that they “don’t belong” because HIGH QUALITY ISN’T REALLY FOR ALL CHILDREN but WHITE CHILDREN they are shunned, harshly criminalized and penalized and sent back to lack, desolation, darkness, malpractice and maltreatment where benign neglect legislates it.
Also, EDUCATION THEFT is when WHITE TEACHERS come into our inner city schools and have low to no expectations, standards, and demands of excellence, can miss as many days as they will and use mental fatigue, illness and disorders because of poverty, lack, oppression and all things that is attached to us because we are BLACK. They also refuse to pull out the innate creativity, skills, talents, brilliance, gifts and passion that have been laying dormant. They are paid to rob our children intellectually, morally, socially, culturally, spiritually to push them into the criminal justice systems and grave yards prematurely.
