Is Realpage a price fixing scam? DOJ just filed a lawsuit alleging Antitrust violations against Realpage. What is Realpage? Realpage is a software that collects data, to include renters data, and determines the most profitable rent to charge renters.
The problem is, in some states, 70% of corporate landlords are using Realpage and the federal government says this is essentially price fixing. Tune in for my attorney reaction.
