Tiffany Henyard Mayor Of Dolton has a shady background amid corruption allegations, lawsuits. This video is about Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard has come under fire in recent months for her outlandish antics and questionable spending including hiring a DJ to punctuate her points during government meetings, and co-opting cops to dance in her music videos which have left residents and local leadership alike outraged. “A million dollars of overtime for the police department. A small village of about 20,000 people just south of Chicago, Dolton now finds itself drowning under $7 million in debt which trustee Jason House said started piling up shortly after Tiffany Henyard took office in 2021. She explained how her inauguration party cost $15,000 which Tiffany Henyard initially said her campaign would pay for, but instead charged to the village. The rink was built in the fall of 2022 when Henyard allegedly went over the heads of the village board and ordered it to be built on public land at a cost of $115,000, putting down a $10,000 deposit. Now Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard has been sued by Dolton Village Trustees Jason House, Brittney Norwood, Kiana Blecher, and Tammy Brown, and the Village Clerk Alison Key, alleging, among other things, that Mayor Henyard forged checks by using the Clerk’s stamp on village check without authority, and for failing to or refusing to provide access to village financial records, including credit card statements, and for removing the Clerk’s access to the bank account information without approval. along with these allegations the Illinois Department of Human Rights is investigating sexual harassment and retaliation complaints against Tiffany Henyard, the Village of Dolton and Thornton Township and more.
