Top ally of Tiffany Henyard indicted. Feds indict former Dalton Police Chief Lewis Lacey has been indicted on bankruptcy fraud charges, making false statements, and perjury.
Lacey has filed for bankruptcy seven times since the 1980s and under Henyard’s command, Lacey was promoted to be Dalton’s top cop.
