The Tulsa Real Estate Fund, initiated by Jay Morrison with a promise to revitalize and empower black communities through strategic real estate investments, raised $11.7 million. However, recent developments have revealed financial strains, with Jay Morrison having refinanced the building and allegedly withdrawn $1.5 million to cover management fees and operational losses.
