☕ Morning fam,
I was asked to write about St. Louis, something I don’t like doing because for the past decade when I’ve done so calling out fraud and corruption, exposing sellouts and predicting the consequences of cowardice very few wanted to hear it. And even fewer willing to take action.
Not surprised that a decade post Ferguson after we had a black Ferguson protester turned US Rep, black mayors, circuit attorney, police chief, dir of public safety, county prosecutor and county council members, black St. Louis is worse for their tenure.
When given a chance to move the ball forward on our issues, what we got instead was all the reasons we took to the streets. In blackface.
