And hours before the hearing, both sides filed again. Durk’s defense team accused prosecutors of deliberate bad faith, misrepresenting to the court, and sitting on evidence. The government fired back the same day with exhibits, claiming the defense got the record wrong — and that Durk caused his own delays.
