WHAT HAPPENED:
Brown pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud after she and her two daughters submitted 15+ fraudulent PPP and EIDL loan applications, pulling in over $124,000 in pandemic relief money. She admitted to spending $15,000 of it on her 50th birthday party – complete with a horse-drawn carriage, a rented throne, and a red carpet. The judge sentenced her to 10 months in federal prison. Her daughters got no prison time. She reports in mid-November.
