BLACK WOMEN have been FEEDING, COUNSELING, NURTURING, NURSING, DOMINATING, MASTERING, ADVANCING, ELEVATING AND PROGRESSING the nation from fields, to breasts, to kitchens to stores and now out of all we BLACK WOMEN have produced, now we can’t be PhD? #OWeEarnedIt
White Men went from AUTOMATICALLY owning our inventions, innovations, creations, gifts, skills, labor, wealth, and intellectual property to creating LEGISLATIONS that rejected, denied, dismantled, defunded, omitted and stole it, to UNPAID volunteer, internships, apprenticeships, service learning projects to probationary periods on jobs, to college RESEARCH PAPERS where we do the research and writing of our solutions, answers, keys and problem solving of societal issues and lastly business plans where we give all of the intelligence and theyCHOOSE to grant us funding or not (more than likely not) and then a business pop up that we invented but wasn’t chosen for the grants toale our social ills better.
Out of the womb of BLACK WOMEN came highly intellectuals, gifted, skilled, confident , prideful, determined, disciplined, brilliance, creativity, athletic dominance and civil assets to society.

Grade Inflation has always been a WHITE thing.

The white affluent and entitled people who are always given an INFLATED view of themselves are now the majority of the teaching profession lynchings America.
America and Teach For America is planting this foolishness throughout our inner cities, urban and poor BLACK schools.
