Though not a single act, it embodies early legislation, like bills in 1638 (though not enacted) and later laws, that excluded Black individuals from societal benefits, setting a precedent for institutional discrimination.

A Black person should NOT assert that a white person is lying.
They should NOT imply a white person is from an inferior class or demonstrate superior knowledge.
They should NOT laugh derisively at a white person or comment on the appearance of a white female

The Bible confirmed is to hold high these fact that we are never supposed to always be meek, to not brag or boast on the good that we produce or do, not to think too highly of ourselves and I have come to realize that it all means to keep us laboring, sweating, working and producing while whites get the shine, glory, benefits, sponsorships, wealth, intellect property, rights, inventions innovative ideas, creativity, ingenuity, profits, and monetary compensation,
We have always expected to be silent, shrink, suppress our joy and confidence and produce, dominate, exude our brilliance and intellect for them and only them.
