Enes Kanter SUES The WNBA’s Chicago Sky After They Refuse To Define A WOMAN!

Enes Kanter Freedom just took his battle with the WNBA to another level — THE COURTROOM.
After being ejected from a Chicago Sky game while wearing a shirt defining “woman” as “adult human female,” Kanter Freedom filed a federal lawsuit against the Chicago Sky, the City of Chicago and the owner/operator of Wintrust Arena, alleging his First Amendment rights were violated. The Sky maintains his removal and ban were about his conduct and safety concerns, not simply the message on his shirt.
Now the controversy is bigger than basketball: free speech, transgender eligibility in women’s sports, the definition of “woman,” and whether Kanter Freedom was punished for his viewpoint or legitimately removed for his conduct.
