The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy mistrial finally spoke — and the timeline NBC10 Boston left out changes the whole picture.
Fugitive TV got him on the phone for about an hour. He says he checked the box he was supposed to check on the jury form. Then the court and immigration records: married in Massachusetts, June 2020. I-130 petition filed April 2021. Denied. Stopped living together September 2021 — the same date as the alleged domestic incident. He says he learned after the marriage that she was in the country illegally, and that’s what led to the divorce. The ex-wife told NBC she was afraid of losing custody. If someone put hands on you, that’s the last thing you’d worry about — so why say it? The timeline doesn’t timeline. Or maybe it finally does.

None of this has anything to do with whether he could sit on a jury. A man hung a jury on a case he didn’t agree with, NBC put out enough information for anyone with Google to find his face and full name, and now he’s on trial in the court of public opinion for a private matter between two people.
