Nolan Wells’ family may soon file a lawsuit related to his mysterious death after a large Fourth of July party on an island off the coast of Mississippi, according to court records and multiple news outlets.
A notice about preserving evidence was sent to Wells’ friends and some investigative entities and warns that litigation is “reasonably anticipated” in connection with the 18-year-old’s death, the Sun Herald reports.
