It’s wild how the people affirmative action and dei were supposed to help most (black women) actually benefitted their white counterparts more. And now that both are being phased out, black women are being impacted more by hook or crook. They’re getting fired and laid off more. They’re being prosecuted for getting caught with their hands in the cookie jar more. And they’re being arrested/prosecuted more. Black Girl Magic is the biggest con played on Black America since the Civil Rights Era and Black Lives Matter.
