Stephen A’s appearance on Jemelle Hill and Cari Champion’s podcast put the gender war within the Black community on display for the whole world to see… And it was ugly. “Strong” black women with low self esteem and excessive need for validation vs Black male simp who got burned trying to play both ends against the middle.
First, Cari… When you are self confident and have high self esteem, you don’t need anyone to validate you. She and Jamelle were not acting in good faith, they blindsided Stephen A with grievances about Cari’s stint on First Take, disrespected him and called him a liar… Toxic femininity.
No tears for Stephen A. He spent the last 2 years since Biden/Harris have been out of power speaking out about things he was afraid to speak out about when they were in power… because he feared the consequences. With the new admin, he tried rebranding himself as an independent, not a real independent, but someone who tries to play both ends against the middle.
The episode was a whole shit show. The women came across looking like a coupla backstabbing b*tches. And Stephen A looking like someone who just FA and FO.
