The Supreme Court made a bad ruling on birthright citizenship, it was meant for children of slaves, not to birth a birth tourism industry. Foreign born and first generation Americans should be barred from running for any public office. Not even dogcatcher. No country should be able to weaponize birthright citizens against the United States.
All undocumented immigrants should be deported, regardless of how long they’ve been in the country. Pay them to leave and five them an opportunity to come back through legal channels. Announce how long this will be the process before paying American citizens for turning them in.
Reform immigration, remove NGOs and nonprofits from the process and process immigration through US Customs, INS and ICE.
This may seem harsh and extreme, but the process to bring them in was harsh and extreme. The pendulum always swings back the other way.
