#TRIGGER Don’t be fooled by the antics of Ben Crump or his cast of characters in what they turned into a circus instead of a search for the “troof” about what happened to Nolan Wells. The truth is we may never know with any degree of certainty because of the way his mother decided to go about it in the onset injecting 2 of the biggest race grifters in America. During an election cycle when the Dem Party is fighting for it’s very existence. Nolan Wells is just the latest dead black man they’re exploiting. He’s the new George Floyd, who was the new Mike Brown.
Not victim blaming, I’m explaining. And no matter what anyone thinks happened to Nolan, the undisputed facts are very different from the narrative put out in the beginning by Reverend Al, Ben Crump and Nolan’s mother Christina Wonsley. Nolan did not go to an isolated island with 3 white friends who left him stranded without a phone. Nolan went to the island in a large group that took 3 boats. Nolan wasn’t the only black person in the group.
It is common for people to leave their phone on the boat. It is common for people to stay for whatever reason and return on another boat. It is common for underaged people to drink at these type of outings. Nolan had a fake ID and bought alcohol. And he is seen in photos holding a can of beer. None of that is in dispute.
And because Nolan’s mom chose spectacle over truth we may never know the truth about things that are in dispute. Ben Crump is making Christina’s quest for truth that much more difficult, if not impossible by mischaracterizations and outright lying. He is also alienating people and entities Nolan Wells mother will need moving forward should she decide to investigate further.
Reverend Al has been vilifying Trump for years, then after his and Crump’s investigation produced no results, he grandstanded calling on Trump’s DOJ to intervene. Very doubtful they will. Not because of racism, Trump has pardoned many black people, rappers… He went at China and got LiAngelo Ball released, hello?
Trump won’t get involved because Al’s been pushing the Trump is racist narrative for years. Plus both being New Yorkers, he knows the real Al, the drug dealer, FBI informant responsible for the Twanna Brawley hoax. Perhaps if Nolan’s mother broke away from Ben and Al and made the request as a grieving mother… I believe there is a good chance he would.
This case is not over. Reverand Al got a notice to sue and a demand that he publicly retract false and misleading statements from Nolan friends’ attorney. That’s why he was missing from Crump’s news conference. Ben Crump is in a media sparring match with the DA after getting blindsided by her calling him out in the media for his antics after the grand jury refused to indict. And rightfully so. I would not be surprised if he loses his law license. Or at a minimum it gets suspended.
