Frank Chapman is Executive Director of the National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression. That organization led the fight for community control of the police, with the creation of the Community Commission on Public Safety and Accountability in Chicago. Frank Chapman joins us from Chicago to discuss Donald Trump’s threats to take over the Chicago police department and deploy national guard troops in that city. The National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression released a statement condemning “the illegal military occupation of our community.”
