U.S. and Europe Restrict Africans’ Ability to Travel

Dr. Stella Nyanzi describes herself as, “I’m an ex-prisoner, poetess, peaceful protester, published scholar and opposition politician from the FDC party.” She is a fellow at the Ruhr University Bochum in Germany, in exile from her home country of Uganda. She joins us from Germany to discuss the immigration and visa policies of the U.S. and European countries and how they severely restrict the ability of citizens of African nations to travel freely.
