Don Lemon just went from CNN anchor to potential federal defendant and the video evidence is absolutely damning. The disgraced journalist did not just cover the story when radical leftists stormed a Minneapolis church during Sunday worship. He actively participated, handing out coffee and donuts to the mob before lecturing a pastor about the First Amendment while his activist friends screamed obscenities at terrified families.
In this explosive segment from THE RAW FEED on Next News Network, host Gary Franchi breaks down how federal prosecutors are now moving against Lemon using a law most Americans have never heard of. The Department of Justice has announced its intention to charge Don Lemon under the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871. Harmeet Dhillon explains this is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes ever written, designed to prosecute those who conspire to terrorize citizens and violate their constitutional rights.
The footage speaks for itself. Lemon was caught on camera before the raid saying they were planning an operation and would catch people off guard. He admitted on his livestream that people need to feel terrified and that is what protesting is about. He said this while watching children flee the church in tears. When a churchgoer confronted him and dismantled his gaslighting with facts, Lemon followed the man around harassing him as he tried to leave.
This was not journalism. This was coordination with an organized group that calls itself Operation Pull Up, led by activist Nekima Levy Armstrong. Lemon interviewed her before the attack, followed the mob inside, and then provided intellectual cover while protesters called churchgoers Nazis and fake Christians. One agitator screamed threats directly at worshippers while Lemon stood by filming.

Congressman Byron Donalds connected the dots directly. In December Tim Walz lied that ICE would target Christmas Mass to embolden agitators. In January those same agitators attacked Sunday worship. Pastors nationwide are now demanding DOJ investigate under the FACE Act which protects houses of worship from exactly this kind of coordinated intimidation.
Lemon is now in full damage control mode claiming he was just doing journalism. But his own words prove intent and planning. Federal prosecutors are treating this as conspiracy and the charges could include FACE Act violations, Klan Act enhancements, and potential wire fraud.
When reporters become activists and coverage becomes participation, that is not journalism. That is propaganda with a press badge. This case could finally force accountability.
