The biggest losers in what is to come will be black American women that elect to stay on the Dem plantation and go down with the party with Black boomers coming in a close second for sticking their heads in the sand while Dems/progressives impose policies that decrease property values and raise taxes as a means to abolish or erode private property rights in housing.
