I Understand, Honestly I Do!

These students attended schools where there were either a rotating cast of substitute teachers, no teachers at all or teachers who made a plethora of excuses as to why they were ineffective, incompetent, inept and insincere but yet simultaneously HIGHLY DEGREED, HIGHLY EDUCATED AND HIGHLY ACCOMPLISHED but can’t control a classroom of Kindergartners.   Bill Gates said, “You need ZERO degrees to be a business owner but you do need a degree to work for a business owner.”   Bill Gates also said, “I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it.”   Donald Trump said, “Laziness is a trait in BLACKS.”   I think about all of the things we African Americans built, started, created, made invented, innovated,, mastered, made elevated, great, illuminated and influenced, but WE ARE LAZY?   Honestly, we taught America that. you don’t need a degree to produce greatness or exceptionalism.   “African Americans right now hold the greatest academic achievements on the earth. For 360 years, it was against the law to teach BLACKS how to read and write.”.Dr. Claud Anderson   We don’t need to build SKILLS, we came here with them so SKILLS ARE IN OUR DNA. We are the FIRST OBGYN’s, GRANNY MIDWIVES We created the FIRST Ambulatory system, We had the best nurses, THE BLACK ANGELS We were not only agricultural genius, but BLACK WOMEN have been feeding America since forever from breast, fields, kitchens and stores and invisible. We were the BEST mechanics and they were the old men in the hood who couldn’t read or write. The whole degree, license, certification crap was all a SET UP to oppress us, hurt us, harm us, divide us and get us psychologically defeated. A BILLIONAIRE gets BACK in office and started firing all of the BLACK HIGHLY QUALIFIED, HIGHLY SKILLED, HIGHLY EDUCATED, HIGHLY EXPERIENCED AND HIGHLY PROFICIENT CANDIDATES??? WAKE UP!!! We allowed these schools to handicap our children with handing out fallacies with these unearned trophies, passing out exceptional grades, high G.P.A.”s for nothing, for doing literally and absolutely nothing, not being in attendance, not being prepared, for being mediocre, for exhibiting weakness, incompetent and simultaneously being entitled to those rewards and awards.   “Consequently you will see the enemy’s children, the enemy’s personality being held up as normal, as representing the norm. Only those of character and culture can do successful lifting, for she who would mold character must herself possess it.”
