What does “black liberation” actually mean? n this episode of Unshakable with April Chapman, I ask the question the grievance industry never wants answered: if black people already dominate so many of the institutions that shape culture, politics, education, and community life, then what exactly are we still calling oppression?
At what point do we stop blaming “the system” and start examining the outcomes of the people actually running the show?
Today, I break down:
why representation is not the same thing as results
how grievance politics has become a permanent business model
why socialism trains people to think like dependents instead of builders
how black political, pastoral, and activist leadership often profits from dysfunction instead of solving it
why the real question is not “Who is oppressing us?” but “What are we doing with the power we already have?”
If liberation rhetoric never produces order, ownership, family stability, discipline, or economic growth, then maybe the revolution was never about freedom in the first place.
