These white men have always been caught in unnecessary lies and misinformation.
White men have ALWAYS been HANDED UNEARNED access, opportunities, experiences, qualifications, known as merited and highly proficient and scholastic, bought titles, given honorary degrees, positions, and leadership roles of knowledge and influence while being highly esteemed and prideful ultracrepidarians.
Who dictates what is and isn’t accredited?
Is it the same people who control who gets to learn what?
Is it the same people who dictates who gets to have resources or not?
Is it the same people who controls who gets access or not?
Is it the same people who gets to invest in who gets experiences to be shown this, that and the other?
Is it the same people votes on who gets hands on this that and the other?
Is it the same people who defund access to who have clubs and activities that’s connected with corresponding business?
Those people?
When you have stripped all authority and control from adults within the home, community, churches and schools and hand it over to our children and painted following simple routines, requests, asks, rules and laws as optional, along with giving children choices if they will abide by and comply with rules or not, you have not only diminished, devalued and diluted BLACK professionals in education but you become accomplices in the unnecessary failure, chaos and confusion.
What do you expect?
It is not Dr. Triplett leadership, it is those who wear the title as ultracrepidarians with great esteem and pride as they act like they know more about our INNER CITY children and community than the grassroots do and that’s the root of the problem.

DECLINE IN ENROLLMENT:
When we shifted from YOU WILL LEAVE HERE KNOWING EVERYTHING THAT I KNOW AND HAVE LEARNED TO I don’t care if you learn, I got mine, you get yours IT WAS A MATCH STRUCK IN THE HEART OF OUR BLACK BRILLIANT BABIES.
Our children should get the feel that we BLACK LEADERS AND EDUCATORS are assuring them that they will be able to pick one of the E’s.
When I was in school, E’s on your report card stood for Exceptional or Excellence.
Our educators understood that not all roads would lead to the same place but they did through our eyes have a destiny of integrity, success and expectancy.

They would Enroll in someone’s college, university or trade school and carry out their innate skills.
They would Enlist in our military and honorably serve our country with dignity and pride.
They would become the Entrepreneur s they dreamed of and understand that society needed what they had to offer.
They would Explore in this and that until they found their niche and blossomed like never before.
They will be the best Employees and employer could have because schools equipped them with the necessary tools to stand out from all other applicants.
These social ills that’s legislated are nothing new to our inner city children, what’s new is our faith in them, our belief in them, our expectations of them and our high standards of them.
We spend so much money on the criminalization, vilifying and oppression of our BLACK children instead of developing their minds for the greater good, I understand why they are rejecting these prison preps, lin dens and death chambers called schools.
Today, our BLACK VALUE system is said to be oppressive, outdated, disrespectful, intrusive, degrading, too rough and other foolish terms to make our children mentally and physically weak, incompetent, mediocre, amateurs, untrainable, looked over, rejected, and not preferred and it is systemically engineered by design.

Pay for our CHILDREN LABOR even in these high school athletic associations, they are just like AAU AND NCAA.
