Jessica Jackson and Zoe Leigh from Chicago Flips Red attended “Navigating the Cook County Justice System,” and three state elected officials were there.
Freedom fighter, pastor, R&B singer, and alderman William E. Hall of the 6th Ward was not present. Sheriff Thomas Dart, who knows all about the Cook County Sheriff’s participation in illegal evictions for the Office of Public Administrator, was also absent. Alderman “Pimp Daddy” David Moore stopped by for about five minutes.
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County Mariyana T. Spyropoulos left to use the bathroom after speaking with Ms. Jackson and never came back. Ms. Jackson even said, “Please check on her.” However, Ms. Jackson did leave information with the gentleman at her table, and hopefully they can help navigate through those distorted court records and create a true justice system. Prayers up to her.
Definitely a waste of time in Englewood.
But according to Senator Willie Preston, they’re doing the work they’re just not on social media like us.
