Tiffany Henyard is now under scrutiny in Georgia after registering to vote while still serving as mayor and township supervisor in Illinois. At the same time, her top finance ally has flipped and is cooperating with federal authorities.
This raises a serious legal question: can you claim residency in two states at once? Because if not, Henyard may have sworn under oath to something that simply wasn’t true.
