Health & Wellness

Health and wellness is not a trend. It is a responsibility.

In this first episode of Meatless Mondays, Damon K. Jones breaks down the real health crisis facing Black America and why it is not random. This is not about opinions. This is about outcomes.
Nearly 40 percent of Black adults have high blood pressure.
Diabetes continues to rise.
Obesity rates, especially among Black women, are among the highest in the country.
The question is simple. Why?
This episode connects the dots between lifestyle, culture, and scripture. From Genesis 1:29 to 1 Corinthians 6:19, the Bible already gave us a blueprint for how to live, eat, and treat our bodies.
Your body is the temple.
What you eat affects your mind, your energy, and your connection to God.
This is where the shift begins.
Meatless Mondays is about discipline.
One day a week.
No meat. No processed food.
Just fruits, vegetables, and intention.
If you cannot control what you eat one day a week, you are not in control. Your habits are.
This is about taking that control back.
Health is the new Black.
And it is time we start acting like it.
