Listen Live: Supreme Court Hears Arguments In State Gun Rights Case

The Supreme Court on Tuesday morning will consider whether the Second Amendment permits states from implementing concealed carry bans on private property, such as restaurants.

In the case, Wolford v. Lopez, three Hawaii residents and a local gun rights group pressed the court to consider blocking a state law that prohibits concealed carry permit holders from carrying handguns on private property without the owner’s express permission. The Trump administration has backed the challengers.

The arguments are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EST.
