Today is 314 Day, the one day out of the year that St. Louis pretends to come together and in less than 24 hours from now it will seem that all the fake comradery we will see today was just a dream.
The reality is St. Louis is a city of haterz. I’m serious, there’s even a documentary titled “”CITY OF HATERZ” Analyzing The St. Louis Slave Mentality” that came out over a decade ago and everything it portrays is not only still true today, but worse… and impacts everything from politics to hip hop.
Today everybody will play nice and give a glimpse of what the region could be but by tomorrow everybody will be back at each others throats and the crabs will once again be working overtime to prevent other crabs from climbing our of the barrel.
